3.    DELIVERY 5 to 10 business days.

4.    SCREEN CHARGE - $80.00(P) per color.

5.    IMPRINTING COSTS - Quoted prices include one color, one panel imprints. Additional imprints are $2.00(P) per color per panel. Imprints will be sized at our discretion if not specifically requested.

6.    ART CHARGES - Please submit .eps format artwork. If this is not possible out art department will create for a $60.00(P) charge.

7.    COLOR MATCHING - UM & Company will match color as closely as ink and dye lots will allow.

8.    SHIPPING - All orders are shipped UPS Ground Service unless otherwise requested.

9.    LESS THAN MINIMUM CHARGE - $1.00(P) Per Umbrella

10.    PROOFS - Complete sample proofs available at cost of product, plus all applicable preperation charges - fax paper proofs at no charge.

11.     Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However printed orders are subject to a 5% under/over run. You will be incoiced for only the quantity shipped.

12.    RETURNS - All returns on defective or misprinted products will be honored. However, all returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code or shipment will be refused.
